Meet Stephanie
Healing with a compassionate guide.
Let’s see, what can I say that will help you know if I am the right fit for you? I’m kind, compassionate, honest, reliable and down-to-earth. I like to use humor to cope and try to balance that with feeling my feelings. In my sessions we laugh when we can, cry when we need to and keep moving towards the way you really want to be living.
I have been a social worker for over 20 years, focusing on individual therapy for the past several years. Having a social work background means I consider the person and the environment around them when figuring out how to help someone make change.
When I’m not in-session, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to podcasts, going on hikes, and making soup. Lately I’ve been learning to meditate, getting back into being more creative, and using the Enneagram to learn more about myself (I’m a 9) and the people I care about.
Let’s free you to be your most alive self.
If you are ready to be more of who you really are, reach out to schedule a consultation.

Sessions range in price from $130-$180.

I have contracts with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Optum (including United). If you have another insurer with out-of-network benefits, you may be able to get reimbursed for a portion of your session cost. Please note that you are responsible for knowing what your benefits are and how they work. As a courtesy, I will provide an estimate of your expected costs, but should this change, you are ultimately responsible for the cost of the session.

It depends. I know you were hoping for a more specific answer. The length of treatment is determined by the type of issues you want to work on, how ready you are to change and how much work you do between sessions. Some people only come for a few months, others for a few years.

My clients show up with a variety of symptoms that bother them including what sometimes might be labeled anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD or difficult life transitions. If you plan to use insurance, a diagnosis is necessary to meet the insurance medical necessity requirements. We can discuss this on the consultation call.
